2.11 Notification Center
Notifications for Administrators in ImageBank
As an administrator in ImageBank, you will receive notifications related to files, comments, registered users, new features, Transfer Window activity, Creative Workspace activity, and collection baskets.
The Notification Center is located in the top bar of the DAM system, marked by the bell icon. If you have unread notifications, a red balloon will display the number of new alerts.
Notifications

| New categories added | When a user creates a new category in ImageBank. |
| Files archived | When a scheduled archiv has been done for a product card. |
| Publishing files | When a scheduled archiving has been done for a product card. |
| New user registered | When a new user has registered to ImageBank. |
| New saved collection notification | When a new saved collection has been created. |
| New comments on asset | When someone has entered a new comment on a product card. |
| New comments in the collection | When someone has entered a new comment on a collection. |
| New file added to Creative Workspace | When someone has sent new files via transfer window link to Creative Workspace. |
| User added to Creative Workspace work folder | When someone has been assigned a new folder in Creative Workspace. |
| Recipient has opened collection link | When recipient has opened a collection link. |
| New ImageBank X version released | When a new version of ImageBank X has been released. |
