ImageBank’s Creative Workspace is a shared project platform for organizing ongoing work and workflows.

The workspace is an asset management process tool for managing edit requests, comments, iterations, and approvals. All users share the same real-time updated workspace to create, comment and edit assets.

Assign tasks to users, set deadlines, use statuses to track progress and publish approved material to the mediabank.

Get notified in the DAM and by email about the progress of your workflows and stay up to date on what’s happening in the asset management.

Creative Workspace allows you to work quietly on your materials before publishing them to DAM. You can edit assets, enter metadata, and build ready-made categories with materials for publication. You can publish either a whole category or individual assets.

Access to Creative Workspace

A group of users can be given access to the workspace. Users have equal rights to create, view and edit content in the workspace. You can grant access to a user group in the permission page “Management & Access rights” > “Allow workspace use” section.
