Publishing assets from Workspace

When a project’s status is set to Completed, users can publish the entire folder directly to the DAM.

Flexible File Management Options:

  • Publish Entire Folders Seamlessly transfer all files in a completed folder to the DAM for immediate use.
  • Move Files Between Folders Select and move specific files from one folder to another, keeping your workspace organized.
  • Publish Selected Files Choose approved files for publishing, ensuring only the most relevant assets make it to the DAM.
