9.4 Expiring agreements

Here you will find all consent agreements that expire in less than a month. You can extend the expiry date on the existing terms and resubmit the request. If you want to change the terms of the agreement, create a new consent request.

Information about expiring agreements

Info	Definition
Product	Show the asset you have agreement and it’s expiring
Name	Asset file name
Signee	The agreement party
Term	Terms of use
Consent items	Items of use
Expiration day	The day when agreement expires
Status	Approved = The agreement is valid until the expriration day

Resend	You can resend the request with identical content. If you want to change the content of the agreement, make a new request with new terms & items.
Review	See detailed information about request
Delete	Delete the expiring agreement

Email notifications for administrators of expiring consents

Notification emails are sent to administrators on the SentConsentAgreementNotification mailing list. The email will be sent one month before the expiry of the consent. The email will be resent the day before the expiry date if the consent has not been re-approved before that day.
